The tags are great, easy to read and durable. I have them on my dogs, cats and goats. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is the rings that accompany the tags. They need to be stronger. The dogs have lost multiple tags as they catch them on things and stretch the rings.

I have bought from this, company for 10 years. The reason for my review is I now have a lab that swims year round. I noticed her having an odd odor. After washing her I discovered her collar was the funky smell. I cannot use her collar on her anymore because of this. If your dog does not get wet frequently there are good collars

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 bags of dog food online and somehow the bill came from this company. I have no clue how that happened. I reached out to pettags via email & phone calls with my order number (I also forwarded them a copy of my confirmation email) and no one responded. I was charged over $100 and received absolutely nothing. Pettags did finally respond saying that they did not sell dog food. That's fine, but I would really like to know what they charged my credit card for (because I did NOT order any pet tags)
