I've used pet tags a lot in the past and loved it, but haven't had a pet for about four years. When we got our puppy a few weeks ago, I knew exactly where to go to get his ID. So glad it's still a great company and I can trust them to do the job right every time!

When I placed an order, I was careful to 'uncheck' the request for emails however I have been bombarded by daily emails since -- in spite of multiple requests to be taken off their email list. I would not order from them again!

I've been using PetTags since before they were "dot com". The product in my case is a nylon collar embroidered with the pet's name and my telephone number. Each time I've received a new one, I've found the quality to be excellent. The collars last the lifetime of the pet and are easy to wash (in the washer), should a skunk add his scent to your pet. (!) --not that there's anything wrong with that.

I was delighted to get a package very quickly after I placed my order for collars and tags. Only the collars came, though, with no mention about the tags. The tags came two days later. A note about separate shipments would have been helpful.

Pettags made ordering tags very easy and was affordable. This is important as we were ordering for 3 dogs. They also offer a large selection of tags styles and colors.

Tag arrived in just a few days. Clear lettering and contrast. Thicker than expected, which is another way to say not flimsy. Small metal hooks have to be inserted though a hole and bent to provide attachment to a pet collar- this part is a bit fussy, and a split ring would be a great improvement.
