I did not pay to have a glance at what my plush would look before getting it shipped, but they decided to send me some pictures prior to shipping to make sure I approved and like it. I thought it was very thoughtful of them. I can't wait to get my plush now.

I should have done my homework. It has been over 90 days and no previews or item has been produced. They sent a pathetic email about the wildires putting them behind on orders but other reviewers have not received their orders from months before the wildfires. I paid the extra $20 to get a preview and then was sent an email saying as a courtesy for my patience I would get a free preview. They refused to cancel my order even though I said I would be sending it back if an item actually showed up. They said they would give me a partial refund and sent a copy of the laws stating they didn't have to. Check reddit for the real reviews. The reviews on here have the same names (Fredrick isn't that common of a name) and are from GB. They communicated after 12am eastern time so they are not in the US. Their facebook profile shows their admin as a bunch of weird letters. The BBB has no record of them but after some digging I found their actual company name as Diamonds Painting Inc. With a New York address. They claim to be a small company. Why would Cali wildfires cause issues when they are operating out of Ny? Just take your business elsewhere.

I felt something wasn’t right when I had not received any response except for from someone named Alex. When I looked up the company it shows that it’s central in China. My delivery is from Wuhan. 😳 I ordered this already eight days ago and not expecting miracles, but I have not heard anything. I contacted my bank and they immediately withdrew the funds for the product. And now I’ve heard nothing. I felt very uncomfortable about this and I contacted my bank and we filed a dispute which I hope I’m gonna get my money back. I can’t believe these companies are allowed on Facebook and we follow them when most of them are SCAMS not even in the USA like they indicated on their website. This is the second time I got burned, there will NOT be a third time! I believe a lot of these reviews are AI! Not real at all! The comments on Facebook are computer generated.

I can’t even begin to express how genuinely happy I am with how my stuffie came out, it looks soo much like my boy Dean it brings me to tears. I lost my sweet boy to cancer in December and having this custom plush made of him soothes my broken heart. Some days it catches me off guard and I think it’s really him. Just amazing work. The customer service was so responsive to all of my emails. Highly recommend Petslify!!

We just had to get the corgi bag because it looks amazing. Ended up ordering two by accident. Customer service was great about it and very personable.

Although the plush took extended time, they were very quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions. They even showed me updates, which allowed me to review and they fixed the color. I can't wait to see it!

My order with Petslify was very good and positive. They reached out half way through to check the progress made and provide any improvements. They put a lot of care into the making and was also great to work with.

I am writing this review to give you my honest experience and which was horrible. Our dog passed away and my daughter found Petslify and wanted a replica. So we placed the order and it took 4 months (and alot of chasing) before we saw the 'replica', I paid extra for photos. It looked nothing like our dog, it was white not golden, and completely wrong characteristics. I asked for my money back but they wanted to have another chance to get it right. So I waited another month and when they sent the photos again it was still wrong, it was grey not golden and nothing else had changed. This was now 5 months into the process so I insisted on my money back as I had no faith that it would look close to my dog. After many arguments I got a partial refund. But at the end of the painful process it was nothing like it was advertised and I would be careful of using this business.
