Hey Marc, I invite you to review our product page again. Every product page has a toggle switch clearly displayed where customers choose their unit count. It is not hidden and allows customers to switch between our recurring subscription option and one-time purchase option. Additionally, if a customer selects the recurring option, the product is identified as a subscription in: The cart Checkout Confirmation email The product page also lists the subscription benefits directly below the product selection, with the first point stating: “Shipped and billed every 1 month.” I am always looking to improve the website experience, so I do appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make this even clearer for customers. However, given our low chargeback rate, positive customer feedback, and 4.0 Trustpilot rating, I do believe the subscription terms are currently displayed clearly throughout the ordering process. The last thing we want is a customer making a mistake when ordering and receiving a product that they don't want. It leads to costly refunds and bad reviews, so definitely not in the business to swindle people. On top of that, if the customer does miss all the recurring option marks, the customer can easily return the item for a refund. Do you need a return label? Thanks, Chris Founder PetScy.com

It’s a powder designed to help reduce tartar and plaque buildup through gentle abrasion on the teeth.
