Hey Gail. Thank you for the feedback. I have three ideas on why. 1-Our chew is just not the right fit for your pets underlining condition and therefore not effective. 2-Any chance you're feeding your dog Beef or Chicken flavored dog foods? If so, your pet may be allergic to those flavors making too hard for the chews to overcome such acute exposure. 3- Time. Your dog will itch will taking the chews. The question is if they may be itching less than before and on their way to healing. These are three common things that come up when discussing if the chew is effective or not. Thank you Chris Founder
