Poor customer service & lied guaranteed money back
I was guaranteed money back if unsatisfied. I am still waiting from JANUARY 6TH as of today Jan 27th still not sent. I have canceled and products was sent anyway! ***PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU RETURN OVER $80 THEY KEEP $20 SO YOU DO NOT GET A FULL REFUND... EVEN THOUGH MAILING PACKAGE & CONTAINERS WAS NEVER OPENED*** I have emailed back and forth requesting a return label. This is my only review so far please send me the return label. I will start giving reviews across the internet of the poor customer service Petcy offers.

A tracking label was sent to your aol email yesterday. Please check your spam box. If you can not locate you will need to contact support at 813-448-5000 or [email protected] and they will resend. However, it will end up in your spam box again. As for our return fees we do charge a $20 to cover the shipping on any orders over $80. We state this on our return policy that’s located on Petscy.com. We do this to protect us from fraud and to cover the costs if a customer places a large order only to send to back without utilizing. 3 boxes didn't do the trick.
Bought 3 boxes of this stuff for my dogs and have not seen a noticable difference in their redness, allergies ect. Still red, still kicking their paws. I have 4 dogs and used this product on all of them over a course of two months.
