I lost my beloved cat and dog within two weeks of each other and have been devastated since. The portrait I received is incredible and I'm beyond happy with it. I had it printed in A1 size for the wall and it looks amazing. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is. Having revisions made was so easy and I really couldn't be happier.

I was inquiring about my order to find out I messed up my order. When I called about it I was helped perfectly and professional to correct my mess. My order was made easily to reorder and advised what I could do to still get it here by Christmas. Wonderful company and their products makes me so happy. Captures my pets details as the photo I sent. Thank you. I can not wait to give it to my family. So hard to not show them now. ♥️😊

Even after multiple revisions, clear instructions and professional photos, my 2 cats still do not look like my 2 cats. I strongly believe this is done via random AI and not by professional digital artists as mentioned on their website. Very disappointed for this type of art and cost.
Response from Pet Portraits· Dec 14, 2023

We want to assure you that we have talented and dedicated artists working on each artwork. It was so easy and pleasant! We recently lost our 15 year old Miniature Schnauzer and this portrait is perfect for us to pay homage to the amazing time we had with her!! They captured her perfectly!
