Always a great place!

Wonderful place to bring your dog! Friendly and efficient personnel. I bring my Morkie for day camp, boarding and grooming, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Often, I get a report card or a postcard email from my dog letting me know his adjustment. Also, they will call if concerned about your pet's eating or other. The manager, I'm sure, is responsible for how smoothly Pet Paradise runs. She's always there, and I wonder if she ever goes home. Don't hesitate to try Pet Paradise in Sanford, Florida! :)

My only complaint is I miss the old groomer. Nothing against new one He just knew our dog and how playful he is.

Great staff at Ormond, somewhat helpful at Sanford. Would liked to see packages with more playtime, not so expensive

I have been taking my pup to Pet Paradise for almost a year randomly when we go out of town. The first few times, he could not wait to get in the door. The last 2 times, he has been hesitant. The last time he was actually shaking and this is not normal for him. If I didn't have to leave him, I would have not. I am not sure what happens behind the cameras but it seems like something is just not exactly right. They say go with your gut and that's what I guess what I'll be doing. OH, and they raised their prices without a heads up prior to leaving him. Not cool...
