Besides lending a great service to pet owners with microchiping our beloved pets, PetLink runs a very efficient business serving other aspects of securing our pets, such as selling us tags. I found exactly what I needed for my cat, a tag that lays on his collar, not hanging, to protect her when she goes out at night hunting. Very satisfied with her new tag. Armando I. Menjivar

Derek was very helpful in getting our newly rescued dog's name changed so I could order her tag with her new name on it. He them directed me to the correct location to order the tag. Thank you Derek.

it does not give live updates. Tells me the dog is out of the safe zone 20 min after the dog left the safe zone. There are symbols but I can't find a legend to know what any of the symbols on the map mean. The battery life though is great....but it doesn't matter b/c its not really doing what it needs to do.

My dog jumped my 6’ privacy fence, and pet link called me and reunited me with him. Thank you PetLink.

The GPS is not accurate. The velcro strap provided, is not strong enough to secure it to a collar. Feeding it through a collar did not work either, my dog broke it off he collar and lost the tracker. She may have even chewed it as the device stop working and I am unable to track it to find it. I will now have to replace it.
