The website is very easy to navigate. The variety of products to order is very nice. I ordered a new PetLink tag for my dog and having his information linked automatically was very helpful. Overall, a good, easy experience.

The store is very difficult to log into. I finally managed to place an order but I do not know if it when through because I never received a confirmation
