When I’ve had to contact them for customer service the company was quick to respond to my needs.

I ordered a sweat shirt and tried to order a tshirt and go wasnt letting me, so I emailed the help line and the lady who responded was short and kind of nasty

Petlink played a major role in trying to locate my dog by the name Pugly. I failed to update the information in my Petlink Account. As a result, they constant broadcast information concerning where is Pugly. Additional, they provide service to keep my pets as safe as possible. I'm very please with the service they provided to my pets and family. I have no reservations concerning this organization when it come to my pets. I would recommend company to anyone.

All 3 of my cats are microchipped with id charms and id collars as a god forbid situation that I hope never happens. The are indoor cats only but I get a sense of extra security with them wearing Petlink products. Great colors and lightweight for their comfort. Thank you Arthur, Noble and Faust

Never had to use yet but, if I ever need it I would be glad to have it for searching for my lost pet.
