Victoria is very professional, responsive and has excellent customer service. We were extremely pleased with her product and service. Our dogs are finally able to enjoy their yard and we feel safe with them doing so!

I ordered some item on 11/30/2018 order#: PLN69900, while I know it could take up to 3 weeks to get the item, I was not prepared for 2 months to go by with no notification, no information on the status. My banking account was charged and I still do not have the item and not even a shipping confirmation. I feel this is blatantly stealing. Would like a refund ASAP. Not interested in the products anymore

I ordered merchandise was given a confirmation number never received merchandise email petlink no response then received email stated sorry for the confusion but manufacturers said they had shipped so they were processing my cc. Never received merchandise so I had to go to my bank to stop payment. Still have tried to contact petlink to resolve the issue as I really wanted the shirts I ordered.

Excellent product. However, if the collar tag is lost, I dont know that it can be replaced without changing the microchip.
Response from PetLink· Jan 10, 2019
Hi Wendy, there is no need to replace a microchip. We sell personalized pet tags on our store, www.store.petlink.net. You can choose from a variety of different styles and your microchip number will remain the same.
