My feeder stopped connecting to the WiFi and my request was answered in a very quick matter and they replaced the feeder as well. This is a great company with great products and I suggest using them for all your pet needs

I had a truly wonderful experience with Petlibro’s customer service. From start to finish, the support I received was thoughtful, caring, and incredibly professional. My issue was handled quickly and smoothly, and the replacement feeder is working perfectly. I would especially like to highlight Yolanda, who made this experience exceptional. She was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always making sure everything was resolved properly. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out and made me feel valued as a customer. The customer service at Petlibro is exceptional! I always received a prompt reply, and they truly stand by their product. I have found their pet water fountains to be one of the very best, and now I can say their customer service is too.

My water fountain pump mysteriously stopped pumping water. James was able to help me troubleshoot any issues , and when it became clear that the pump was just broken, made the arrangements for me to get a new one!

We had an issue with my fountain where calibration would not work and water stopped tracking altogether. Customer service was very prompt and responsive. After diagnosing the issue, they determined that the fountain was having issues and sent a replacement. Great service all around
