Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Problem is I haven't received my package that was suppose to be shipped. I have called once and they said wait a few more days. Well it hasn't come, so I guess I have to call once again. I find it very inconvenient to have to do this.

The PetKey website is very user friendly. I was able to enter all of my information and upload a photo of my cat Morris. I am so glad I have the microchip for Morris so he can be returned yo me if he ever gets lost.

Ordered a custom name tag. It hadn’t shown up after several weeks so I contacted Petkey to ask about it. I was told another one was being ordered for me. That one never showed up either.

Great harness! Got one for the Rat Terrier and one for the Husky. Both were a perfect fit

Hard to review activating a new chip. So far, haven’t had to contact anyone

PetKey was great. They activated our rescue dogs chip, no problem. Now we know he's safe if he does ever happen to get free. We also received some great gifts in the mail just for getting the chip activated, like a dog tag and an awesome dog collar that glows in the dark. Our dog loves it, he can see when he's out at night. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
