Well constructed and pleasing to look at

Very good customer service department. When I called the rep was able to find my pet's account quickly and make the needed changes to my contact information (new telephone #), sending out a new medallion immediately. I received it promptly a few days later. I am happy there is no tax or additional shipping fee; however I think there should be free lifetime replacement or perhaps a free replacement allowed once every 2 years or something like that.Thankfully I have never had to use PetKey's service to help me reunite with my four legged friend, but if Dudley ever runs off I am glad there is a service to correlate my pup's chip with his home contact info.

I feel comfortable and knowing that my dog is secure for the rest of his life plus I like the pic key dog tag. I feel completely satisfied.

I would like to know that I am very satisfied with your service and next month I will register another of my pets with you.

Everytime I have had occasion to contact Petkey, everyone has been very knowledgeable and caring. Highly reccomend this company and yes indeed, make sure your pet has a "identity chip" and a tag for their collar.

Store was clean. The associates were helpful and very well informed.

Helpful, intelligent staff and take a very special personable interest in you and your pet. I highly recommend them for your pets' needs. ID chips and follow through are too important to ignore.

Reps are quite pleasant and very informative on all matters. You get great service. When you call and leave a message, someone gets back to you ASAP. PetKey is just terrific to deal with.
