I still have not received the dog food I ordered and paid for July 16!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I need to give a bad rating based on this. I am now out of dog food and will need to go out an buy some, and I try to avoid in store shopping due to Covid. This was my first order to you, I need more reliability with delivery!!! This rating does not reflect the quality of the food, as I have not had a chance to try it.

Ordered Royal Canin Joint dry dog food. Said order was processed then I received an email that it was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. I bought my dog food elsewhere and then a few days later I got an email saying it would be shipped when it’s back in stock. If it was cancelled, then I shouldn’t have been charged for this. I no longer want or need the product. Won’t order again from you, as this was very poorly handled. Shouldn’t have been able to order if it was out of stock.

Would really love a quicker delivery options. But, my biggest concern this time was that my delivery arrived infested with ants. They didn't infiltrate the dog food, but, were all over and in the packaging of the bones and in the shipping box of both.

Very fast shipping. 2 large bags of dog food arrived perfectly.
