My recent order was delayed due to weather and the shipping company. When I spoke with the Petflow customer service they were helpful tracking the package and keeping me posted on when it would be received. I appreciate this help.

I didn't get my delivery but when I talked to the customer service man, we discovered I hadn't changed my address at Petflow since I moved in May. It got sent to the old house. But he went ahead and sent a replacement to my new address. He was very kind, even when it was my fault.

Went to order a Rx wet cat food for my cat. Everyone else is sold out. My vet was sold out. Called.other vets around town. They had nothing either. Four other websites are sold out. I found this site and placed my order of one case. It was a descent price. Got an email the next morning. Guess what? Sold out!! Found some on Amazon and wound up getting price gouged to the tune of $125 per case. Had to buy two cases cuz of the uncertainty of the supply chain. $290!! But, Petflow didn't charge my card and let me.cancel the order.

My order came in good time. I have been unable to locate Hill Science Diet food through my usual sources, however, PetFlow came through with flying colors. Not only was I able to obtain some of the wet food I normally feed my cats but I was able to obtain comparable choices from other suppliers. Kudos to PetFlow.
