I have ordered prescription food for my cat 12 days ago, and it is still not shipped. I did everything per their instructions and emailed the copy of the prescription twice. They did acknowledge receiving the prescription, but as of now no news regarding the shipment. And I am already out of my supply of this food. I begin to suspect that they simply do not have this product in stock, as the case for other pharmacies I tried.

Prices and selection were decent but items were slow to ship and notices for shipping were unreliable (we got two, two days apart).

For three shipments in a row, there has been an issue. When your dog is dependent on food that you can only get from mail order, it becomes a crisis in the home. The stress is not worth using Petflow anymore. I’m going back to Chewy..
