Your customer service. I called my order in and the gal I spoke with set me up on auto. It took me a lot if searching to find the right company with the customer service I needed for my fur babies. She was a delight and answered all my questions.

I was happy to find my cat's food here for $10 less than the other online pet store I've used. It took a tad longer to initially ship than I expected, but I got it in time before I ran out of food

Reasonable pricing based upon your competition which have reverted to price gouging. Delivery was quick. Your choices of pet food is good. Many others do not carry what my pets have been eating for years.

Well I placed ONE order of two bags of cat food. But it charged me for December. I called and spoke to someone when this happened and they said they would fix it. It’s $130 per two bags with shipping and tax that was obviously not an expense I was planning for. I haven’t called anyone sense because I’m annoyed and I don’t see the point the money is already gone and I don’t want to bother with return shipping.
