I have had better experience in the past. However, this time I placed an order for a much needed prescription cat food and didn't receive it because apparently the supplier was out of stock. I was notified by Pet Flow via email too late to request a substitute or different prescription order. Please don't list unavailable items in the ordering platform would be my advice to Petflow.

The information is helpful. I had a little trouble undoing an autoship on the site, but quickly and easily had it resolved with a representative. Mostly LoLo is sooo happy as she shows that after 14 years she is finally receiving the food that she deserves as she is the Queen. Delivery was prompt.

Not good, PetFlow showed some cat treats I’ve been trying to find were in stock. My order got canceled a week later. I was unhappy that it got canceled, but nothing can be done when the treats aren’t in stock. I wish they updated their website a lot sooner then advertising they were in stock when they weren’t.
