Excellent service from the store to my…
Excellent service from the store to my front door. The salesman was both professional and friendly in presenting both a pool table and pin ball game. Installers were fast and knowledgeable in the set up. Totally enjoyed the experience and the two products are perfect for having fun.

Very helpful
Joe was incredibly helpful with answering my questions as well as super accommodating as I was finding the right stool by letting me borrow loaners!! Stools are awesome quality and came right on time. Overall incredibly pleasant experience!

Very good selection...
Very good selection.... The only place to go when stool shopping.... Great staff and selection.... The hardest part was waiting for the special order.....

Peters has the best selection of…
Peters has the best selection of quality and variety in metro area! Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was efficient and on time. The chairs are unique and top quality and were finished well before anticipated time. The cost was better than furniture stores, which had much more limited selection. I would definitely recommend and buy from Peters again.

I have been a long time customer of…
I have been a long time customer of yours and was disappointed in the service. The lack of questions to select the right bar stools indicates a lack of training of your employees. The stools we ordered do not fit with our decor. As for the problem resolution from the manager, it was suboptimal. We are not interested in buying from your company again.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize the bar stools you special ordered do not fit your décor. I wish we had a better solution, however, when customers special order stools (customize fabrics and finishes) we have to charge a restocking fee if they are returned. Again, I wish this was not the case, however, we cannot sell them as new and they are a different style than what our buyers have chosen for stock.
