They never sent the 10 blade with my clippers. I emailed them about it and they've ignored me. Never even emailed me a confirmation or receipt when I ordered. ETA: I did check my spam. Even searched pet edge in all of my emails and the only emails came that came up are the ads.
Response from PetEdge· Oct 27, 2025
Hi there, we do show that our customer support team responded to your email on 10/13 it may have gotten caught in your spam. They had sent that the orange and pink clipper comes with a #30 wide blade. We do believe we see the issue. We are going to have our customer service specialist contact you today so we can fully resolve this issue. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

I have still not received my package
Response from PetEdge· Oct 27, 2025
Hi there, this order was shipped directly from our vendor, and it does take more time than an order from our warehouse. We do see you were issued a credit for the priority shipping, and we also see the package was delivered and signed for today. We did have Troy reach out to you to ensure the package was received, but she did have to leave a voice mail. Please give us a call and let us know if for any reason your item was received and thank you for your feedback. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business!
