I had to have my shipping address change for the past due order, and they were great about it.

Still waiting on a back order that I haven’t had any update on. This seems to be a normal thing now for this organization. It’s a shame because I used to buy everything from here but I have resourced my supplies individually elsewhere due to this same problem.
