This company is always very quick about getting the order ready and shipped. I have ordered many times from them. I had a shampoo that had leaked during transit to me and when I called they sent a replacement right away (not my most recent order). They also keep their inventory on website up to date, you know when a product is out of stock before even trying to order.

Did have a little trouble finding the right blades at first and I thought shipping was free but I got charged.

Overall the website is great. I just had some trouble finding out if certain blades were compatible with the clippers I was purchasing. It would be helpful if they added more information about which blades are compatible specifically and referenced those products.
