The website is very difficult, unclear on rules. I tried to place orders 5+ times the month of March. I spoke to an operator who was excellent and helped me place the order. It shouldn't be this hard to order.
Response from PetEdge· Mar 31, 2026
You're exactly right it should not be that difficult to place an order with us! Although, you were able to get help with your order, we want to make certain this doesn't happen to you in the future. We are going to have one of our customer service specialists reach out to you today to see if we can get more information to resolve this issue entirely. Thank you for letting us know about your issue and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

I placed an order for some cat perches. The site said it was on back order and would be charged and filled when stock came in. I have not heard any further information. At this stage - is the order effectively cancelled or is it still on back order? Any idea when it is expected? Do I need to reorder?
Response from PetEdge· Mar 23, 2026
Hi there, we do not put a date on when the backordered item will be available because we don't want to provide wrong information to our customers. This item is on backorder with an approximate date of 04/22 to come into stock. We apologize for the inconvenience and do have your order setup to hold the item as soon as it comes in for you so you will not have to worry about a cancellation. Thank you for letting us know of your issue, and we hope that resolves this for you. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business.

Well, I got my dryer. The only thing I don't understand is why you sent it from Illinois instead of from Reno says, I was closer to Reno oh, that's okay it works and I needed it desperately since my other dryer went out so we'll see how it does. Since I haven't used it yet. But then I go on, and it's been reduced. 25% it figures. I spend 500 and some it could have got up for a $100 cheaper. So I hope it works. We'll see today.. Well, I tried it out on the dog that I basically got it for and it actually dried her better than the dryer. That I had before, so i'm very pleased with the dryer. And thank you for telling me that you no longer have two warehouses. So that answered that question. And also, thank you very much for honoring the sale price. You are a stand up company.

Hi there, our Reno location is no longer open hence coming from our only warehouse in Illinois. Also, expect a phone call from one of our customer service specialists to find out how your dryer is working. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a positive review. We truly appreciate you and your business!
