I received my Andis ZR2 clippers within a week. Thanks! * Looking forward to the attachment blade.
Response from PetEdge· Mar 18, 2024
Hi there, we show your clippers are in process and shipping from our Illinois warehouse, and the blades shipped from our Reno warehouse. You must have seen the tracking for just the one item and thought that's all that was coming, we apologize for the confusion. Your other item the clippers are in process and coming from an entirely separate warehouse. Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs, if you have any other questions, please call us 800-738-33436.

Don't get order right away. takes awhile they use Fed - ex for shipping .
Response from PetEdge· Mar 18, 2024
Hi there, we did recently change to FedEx as we had several shipping issues with our other carrier and are hoping for a more positive response with our new carrier. Thank you for taking the time out to share your review, we appreciate your business @ PetEdge.

A week after placing order I called to see when it would arrive and they hadn't even picked the order. I did receive one item that I ordered on the 8th but when I called to check on the rest of my order and they said it hadn't been picked. I cancelled the rest of my order.
Response from PetEdge· Mar 18, 2024
Hi there, we do apologize for the delay in shipping however we do see that your package was delivered to you on 03/08 for the order placed on 03/01. We did have an issue in our warehouse and are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so we did stay within our 24/48 hrs for picking and packing, and 3-7 business days to your door. Thank you for supporting a smaller business we do appreciate your business. ♥
