Spent a lot of time online trying to see the promo discount of $10. Finally called & your rep talked me through the process. Turns out each item was discounted, totaling $10. I've not seen this before, but it works. I think there should be something more said about this process.

Hi there, we see you placed your order yesterday 07/02 and the order is in our picking and packing process. You will receive an email to the email on file which does match the one you placed your review with. That email will provide you with the tracking number, and information for your shipping.
