Purchase was easy and price was fair. I’ve used PetEdge for years for grooming tools.

Well my package arrived and the driver obviously can’t read because they pasted 2 signs to let them know where to leave it and thank goodness I went out looking. I’m not happy .

Well first of all you're asking me how the product is. Haven't received it and probably won't till the New Year. Check your files before asking how I enjoy something that's not in my possession.

Hi there, we see now why the review was not appropriate as your item is on backorder until 01/16/2025. We do still have lilac in stock, if you would like to get the lilac. Our reviews are set to go out 10 days after the order is placed and in most cases the customers have received their order. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for sharing with us. PetEdge

I was a regular PetEdge customer while being a self-employed mobile pet groomer for many years. I don't order as much or as often as I did previously, but I still appreciate the vast selection and affordability of their products.

Put my order through 2x. I called. Was put on hold without being told. Glad I caught it and corrected it. Their system duplicated the order. Not convenient

Hi there, we did receive your email in our support box and immediately fixed the order you placed online and did email you letting you know. Our system doesn't have the ability to duplicate orders. We also see that you contacted our customer support and spoke with Alice and the second order was already cancelled immediately after receiving your email. We are sorry for your experience, but please know our system is unable to duplicate an order placed online. Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge
