They make you take the entire test and then tell you they are going to charge you for the results. Terrible look and a waste of time.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I signed up for free trial, and never did get the email I subscribed to, despite being charged more than I agreed to. I canceled within the trial period and was still charged another $29.95. I called the number on the site which almost immediately disconnected the call every time. The email address to contact them, returned my message as undeliverable. Scamming thieves.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription. I have called and emailed. DO NOT use this company.

Leider sieht man erst nach dem ca. 15 Minuten Test, dass dieser ca. 12 Euro kostet. Es ist also nicht schön, sich so viel Zeit zu nehmen und am Ende dann doch leer auszugehen. Weil ich wollte das nur mal für Tinder wissen und dann dauerte der Test schon so lange. Aber ich dachte, was Solls... Am Ende kam dann die Möglichkeit aus 3 Tarifen zu wählen. Einen Hinweis, dass dies noch Geld kosten würde, habe ich nicht gesehen. Also man denkt, es wäre kostenlos und macht den Test!

Total scam. No personality type given (it was a 5 letter/symbol gibberish) and when I called their phone number they couldn’t answer simple questions then put me on hold and never came back (no surprise). Called my credit card company to cancel immediately and the personalitylab.net made 2 charges under track.thatreport for $1 and for $29.95!
