TRiD process wasn’t properly followed and constant reminder needed on information/task. Rate wasn’t the best either in marketplace given service level was average. Agent was defensive and elusive when I called out the TRID needs. Had also asked for rate watch and reviews - there was enough pushback from agent stating she can’t share prime rates periodically. Overall will hesitate to recommend

The underwriting experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming, with numerous requests for things that had already been provided, sometimes more than once. It is difficult for me to say how much is related to the individual underwriter, how much to the bank, and how much to PERL, but this whole process has soured me on ever going for another mortgage like this again. I felt like I lost all control of the process, and ended up with a mortgage that was bigger than what I wanted in the first place.
