PERL was amazing from beginning to end in handling my home purchase. The entire team was knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to secure my financing much faster than I anticipated, and actually allowed us to close early! I would highly recommend PERL to anybody purchasing or re-financing a home.

I had the best lending experience this time around! Donny was the best, most encouraging, most thorough, and supportive lender I’ve ever worked with. I was also told that I was one of the few in my new development to be close at the expected time.

All of the staff that I interacted with were professional, efficient and responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. From application to closing was approximately six weeks.
