Great Experience I would definitely recommend Perl Mortgage for someone looking to get a home loan. The people we worked with were very knowledgeable in answering our questions even after the closing of our house. Albron Hana takes the time to educate you on what to expect and on things to look for in the place you are thinking of buying. Betsy Santellano is very knowledgeable about the loan documents and processes as well. She is friendly and easy to talk to if you have concerns.

Brian and Jeff were extremely helpful throughout my first time home buying experience. I had tons of questions and they led me with expert advise the whole way. I would recommend Perl Morgage to anyone. Very easy to work with!

Perl Mortgage was great with handling my loan. I came in with very little knowledge and received spectacular service from Ms. Gina Jarrin. I would definitely encourage others to use their services as they have been very attentive and informative through my the process. I was very satisfied with the outcome of this process and I am sure you would too.

Perl mortgage was amazing from the start all the way to the close. Alex was awesome and was able to get us the loan we needed when Quicken failed us. We will continue to use Perl for all of our mortgage needs and refer them to anyone who cares to ask!

My experience with Alex Margulis and Perl mortgage was exceptional. My situation was a little complicated but team Alex handled it with ease. I had a bad experience before with Quicken and Chase, so glad Perl was there for us, I couldn't reccomend them more.
