The keyboard does not have a windows key.

I ordered direct to avoid Amazon delivery services and my order was fulfilled by Amazon anyway. We received shipments of 1-2 keyboards for about a week before my order for 38 was received complete. This is disruptive for our receiving department. Also, I would have ordered more but only 38pcs were available. Only 1 of 2 products arrived. I emailed about the replacement of one lost during the shipping process and I have not received a response nor solution.

It appears that you no longer carry (sell) the Periboard-509 PLUS. We have a bunch of these in use in our Manufacturing area. They were an IDEAL choice due to their small size and having a decent keyboard and a mouse (trackball) all in the same unit. I purchased a Periboard-709 PLUS, and gave it to a couple of "new hires" who had only used the 509 a couple of times, but the difference in size was the difference between acceptance and rejection (no one liked the bigger keyboard).

Item was supposed to arrive next or 2nd day. Didn't get shipped till I asked to cancel and refund. Its still inbox, unopened. Need to return. Can hardly remember what it is because I needed something FAST.

As of 8/15 I have not received my purchase nor a notification of shipment.

The keyboards left foot bent, the only option was to remove it, so now I can't rise the keyboard at all.

The letters and numbers on the keyboard are already wearing off and I've only been using the keyboard for 3 weeks. I have short fingernails so that's not the cause. Subpar keys.
