Check out process was malfunctioning
Check out process was malfunctioning. Placing my order took 30 minutes. Order amount- dollar amount - would not total or populate. Trying so hard no to use Amazon for everything - but I would have been finished in two minutes!

Disatisfied with customer service and exchanges
To whom it may concern, I'm writting this email to express my dissatisfaction with you customer service. I purchased 4 mini bands XL - see below for order #. They don't seem to be the same length, the largest length difference being 1/2". I also realized that I really wanted the PB extreme mini bands XL, which I was happy with in the past. The first place bands seem to be different. When I called customer service, at first she said that the first place bands and the PB extreme bands are the same. The catalog I have states that the PB extreme uses a special latex material. Either the lady who picked up my call was not telling the truth or the catalog is misleading, which would be false advertising. Then, when I mentioned what the catalog says, she changed her tune and said she can't exchange them because it was an open package. I received them in an open bag and they seemed to have just been tossed in there (no individual wrapping). And when I said I may need to look for a different company because of the lack of customer service, she replied: You're welcome to do so. Also, you charged around $5 for shipping when the envelope in which they were sent clearly shows the postage to be $2.79. I am totally disatisfied with the customer service and lack of accommodation for exchanges.
