I like the products but I hate paying…shipping
I like the products but I hate paying for shipping. There is no Military or other discounts codes that would off set the shipping fees. So some of the products I will buy on Amazon or Wall-Mart for the free shipping.

It was hard to make a purchase on your website because it was giving errors that didn’t make sense. I usually buy exercise equipment from Amazon because they make the process simpler and the shipping speed is fast but they don’t have everything you have like grey cook bands.

We have noticed that sometimes when customers have reported issues on our site, it has been due to data clutter from cookies and cache on web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. As for our shipping speed, all in stock orders placed online before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same day they are placed (excluding weekends). We ship our orders generally by standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service), which can deliver to most contiguous USA locations between 2-7 business days, once your order ships. We do ship out of our warehouse in Rhode Island, and it looks like you received your delivery to the west coast in just 4 business days! Well you asked me how you did before I received the product. So I couldn't answer. I have it now, Shipping could have been a little faster but it wasn't too long at the same time.
