Site keeps crashing and giving errors
Change shipping address? Error. Enter coupon code? Error. Crash. Update quantity? Error. C'mon you can't be this large of a company with a horribly bugged website

Not an easy site to navigate
The item search does not work, plus you have to jump thru too many hoops to get an order placed, took me at least 20 minutes.

Cumbersome
The website is cumbersome, ordering process takes way too long, and the shipping process is slow. However, customer service is on point.
