Fast shipping, well packed, fair price

I was unable to checkout using Paypal. When returning from paypal a blank page was displayed. There was the Chat in lower right corner and what looked like a header, but nothing else loaded on the page, even after waiting a while and eventually trying to reload. Going back to the cart and other areas of the website, it seemed that the transaction had completed because I had "points", but it had not. No email from paypal. It was very confusing so I abandoned the cart to see if I would get an email. I did. Attempted checkout again and this time used a credit card. it worked. Everything else about the site worked as expected.
