Great product and helpful enclosed brochure!
The website was easy to navigate. The purchase arrived in a reasonable length of time. The product was exactly as expected. The extra brochure giving various options on how to use the product ordered was appreciated.

I made a mistake on my order
I made a mistake on my order. Received an email from a real person who helped me resolve quickly. My only concern is that it took longer than expected get my order. May have been a delivery problem

The checkout process was slow
The checkout process was slow. It took a minute or more to go from one page to the next to put in information about the order
