Speedy delivery, good quality components, fair price. What's not to like?

Very good service!

Astonishing delivery time. When I got the shipping email, it said it was leaving a factory in Hong Kong. I was shocked when FedEx dropped it off at my house in the US 36 hours later. Aside from that, the product performs really well. It has to be the best performing IR device in this price range. It can see tiny variations in temps, has a pretty long range for my uses as a homeowner, and I'm just overall very impressed with the whole experience. For reference, I'm just a DIY homeowner trying to do a little bit of weatherizing. If that sounds like you, this is the product to get for sure. All the competitors with similar features are nearly double the price.

The experience was great and so did the support from Jack. The only problem was the delivery time that, due to the currier, was delayed.

Good product. Wish the software would turn the camera to landscape mode.

we choose the express delivery ( 2days ) and it's been more than 15 days and still we didn't get any update regarding the order .
