Promised me a gift card for hearing…
Promised me a gift card for hearing presentation. Actually was strongly considering moving forward but rip me off from gift card after promising me in writing. Very disappointed

PeopleKeep is tremendous.
PeopleKeep has been tremendous in helping us provide our staff and our accountant with benefit reimbursements. PeopleKeep Customer Service Department is superb. Always a quick and helpful response to our questions. We've been with them a solid year now and will never make a change.I highly recommend PeopleKeep. You will not be disappointed!

If I could give it a negative start I…
If I could give it a negative start I would! Not easy to use. They deny everything even with a recipe and they can see you made the payment with a credit card and see that it went thru your insurance. But denied. It’s just a game to get you to work more and more. Not worth your time energy. Only wasting my time with writing this so they don’t screw over more people!!!!!!!

We made a switch from one HRA account…
We made a switch from one HRA account with peoplekeep to a different HRA set up. After the new one was set up, peoplekeep destroyed every piece of data from our old account without informing us and without our permission.

Completely fail to offer any customer support
Completely fail to offer any customer support. Their messages are vague and confusing and good luck getting a hold of anyone. My last email took 14 DAYS and 3 prompts to get a response! Their excuse? "It's our busy season." Well that happens every year at this time so HIRE MORE HELP.

Scam Company
They take your money and do not provide the service you paid for. They do not reply to emails. Employees could not access software There is no phone number to call and discuss problems.

avoid avoid avoid - stole from us
Been using them for years, suddenly they locked us all out, have been paying our bill timely on autopay, they continued to charge us but suddenly locked us out and deactivated our account. Been attempting to reach ANYONE for over a month now, no response what so ever. Insane. We paid for our service and they're denying us.
