Great product and an even better experience! I started the process by reaching out Via email on a Saturday night after 9:30pm. To my surprise my email was answered within minutes and after a couple of back and forth emails I had a sample image of what the pencils would look like with my logo. I placed the order on that same Saturday around 10:30 and had my pencils on Thursday of the same week and they were better than I had hoped.
