As far as receiving my ESA letters, the process was fairly smooth & simple. My housing department at my complex acquired additional documents that PDS center explicitly said in the email I could send over & get signed if need be. I emailed them over two weeks ago, & still no response. Have called them twice now, & each time the lady on the answering machine has been of no assistance & very rude. In the end, I’m disappointed with the service.

Reliable company. Not in 24Hr, but you will get your certificate if you qualify.

I don’t know where to start honestly... they took a minute to complete when I purchased back in March 2020, you remember when the WHOLE 🌍 shut down between the revisions (there were many) like they kept putting an “O” in between my “Y” and “L” and even asked “ARE YOU SURE YOU’RE SPELLING YOUR FIRST NAME CORRECTLY?” wait huh 😳 TF!? those revisions and the paperwork that they NEVER mailed me until I called back in now April started from there that is now this never ending nightmare I call PDSC! ALL because THEY forgot my PREFIX after finally spelling the first name correctly however without my prefix I could NOT catch flights on 2 DIFFERENT occasions! per TSA AND HOMELAND SECURITY ALL NAMES MUST MATCH DRIVER’S LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED ID CARD (OR CREDENTIALS (mine did NOT) 😩 👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾 THAT resulted in me NOT using an already paid airline tickets (you have to pay for service animal too) having to rent a car last minute at an AIRPORT (look up airport taxes) and DRIVE the 1900 MILES on one of those trips and paying an additional $500 for a drop off to that airport since it was a one way trip and let’s NOT forget gas for a V8 cuz last minute rental rentees (US) at airports ohhh they REALLY umph you with NO vaseline! FRFR! aaaaaand WHOever runs their “info@“ email account is HELLA rude and should be FIRED for lacking empathy sympathy compassion and just human services with their customer service with drama, pettiness and stating “if you want your name updated you need to purchase a renewal letter.” WTFFFF! 😡 WHY?!! when it’s y’all’s (PDSC) error in the FIRST place that started all of THIS 🐂 💩! So my 1 ⭐️ is GENEROUS imo... WHEN AND IF they fix THIS issue concerning me and settle a claim for reimbursement with ME for plane ticket the rental gas airport taxes of rental drop off rental one way tax during THAT 1900 mile trip ( I have ALL my receipts) ONLY then I’ll rate them better because their paperwork and pet ID card is TOP quality... it’s the human error, lack of accountability, and insensitive customer service by email for me tho! 🙄

Update: I finally received my letters to my email, 5 days after my order was confirmed. Have not received the mailed letters, but I wasn't expecting those yet. I received the following letters; housing, airline (general and pre-filled) for multiple airlines, which is nice. I decided against flying this year due to CDC guidance and when I canceled I wasn't sure if I would get these in time. So I'm not able to actually test the letters, but they look like they may work. I live in Cali and Psychologist is in North Carolina, which is annoying. 106,000 Psychologists in the US and you can't just match people with the state that they live in? I'm raising my score from 1 start to 3 stars, based on the slow turnaround (5 days) and the atrocious customer support, which after 2 calls, failed to return my call or contact me with someone at the company. Again, not sure if the letters work, but they look like what I hoped they would. Original Post: I purchased my esa letters on Thursday, the 19th it’s now been 4 days. I called the customer and they took my name, phone, and email down. I have not received my online paper. Their claim of 24 hours is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. NO WAY TO GET A REFUND. "It's on page 5." Good luck finding page 5. I spent hours researching different businesses to get these letters and I was under the assumption that this place was legit. As of now, I have not received anything from them on day 4 and I urge you not to waste your time with them either. I have a potential flight in 2 days and not even an online letter to look at to see if it meets any requirements for the airline. It’s very frustrating and extremely professional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I will amend this review if it turns out to actually be legit, but don't trust the 24 hours turn around time.
