amazing service, fast and competent!

I have had an horrible experience! I I have been waiting for 1 month and counting for documentation that I paid for! Since then I missed my flight because I didn't have the proper paperwork concerning my service animal. I reached out to this company several times no one has yet to reach back out to me! I am now seeking legal action !

So far so good! I received my ESA Docs with in 24 hours.

I paid in full for items I did not receive and it has been a hard time still to this day to receive my items (vest and I.D. Credential). I spoke with four different individuals and left five emails and still had no contact made in regards to my items.

Very happy to have my Dog with me. Excellent. Thank you.

I have been waiting almost two months now for my paperwork my dogs IDs that I ordered I have not received anything I believe that this company is a scam I have reported them to my card holder please do not use this company no one will pick up the phone and they will scam you out of all your money I spent $166 with them just for it to be a scam
