Fast service, they do what they're supposed to do. Hard to ask for much more than that~!

Fast and easy

They were fast and efficient. No hidden fees and delivered my ESA letter to me via email the next day and I was able to provide it Tom my landlord immediately. They accepted the letter and now I have my German Shephard living with me in my apartment.

This website is not reliable. They sent the letters right away but DO NOT purchase anything else. We order a dog service vest, they promise to be ship in 3-5 days. LIE, LIE, and do not call their 800# it was only answer for a call center, they take your name & info but the company NEVER call you back. One operator said they have hundreds of calls for unsatisfied customers.

They said they would call me back and never did.
