Thank you so much for all of your help to improve my quality of life. Thank you also for getting back to me in such a timely manner.

I have not received my papers in the mail as they say come in so many business days...also ordered extra a card for my dog. That has not come either....I fly out in 2 days and will have nothing. I've emailed asking w no reply. And left messages w a answering service they have ..assuming they say too busy to answer phones. Ya rt or return any I guess as of yesterday I've yet got a return call so recalled today twice and both times answering service again. I want my money returned.
