PC Support office Technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient when installing software onto my new laptop. They were patient when answering my questions. I hope to be able to speak with either one when calling in again for future advice. Thank you.

Very happy with the technicians work. But not happy with having to spend another $299.00 to fix my computer. After a monthly update in Dec 2018 my drivers began to shut down on my computer. PC support contacted me a month later to let me know this. They can obviously see and check on my computer at all times because they called me to tell me this. They said it has been happening for a month and I need to pay to $299.00 to fix the problem. I already pay you a yearly fee to protect my computer. Why am I paying you a yearly fee if your not protecting it 24/7, should have called me the first day it started not a month later when it was to late. I believe PC support should refund my $299.00 any other company that failed at protecting my PC would fix the problem at there cost. I am looking for a new company to protect my PC if this matter isn't properly handled. Shawn
