Sam was very diligent in his work on my computer. I was having trouble tying the computer to the printer and he corrected that problem as well as developing a menu for me to scan documents into the computer. This was very much appreciated., Additionally Sam told me when he would be taking a significant amount of time to do the work and I did not have to stay on the phone. He called back in a timely manner and ultimately everything was working together great. Thanks Sam Marra
