Product is exactly as the stated in the ad at the greatest price. Had an issue installing the product and when I contacted them online they talked me through the process and even did some of the steps for me. The whole process took about 10 minutes.

The lady I talked with this morning was excellent and solved the problem quickly after I explained what had happened the evening before. I was very pleased.

Everything went great until activation when opening any of the applications I typed in the product ID a message was displayed that it could not activate because it was already activated and ony one PC was allowed on this license. This was the first install on one PC, contacted Microsoft product support they help me get it activated, It's a pretty long process the software displays a bunch of numbers I had to tell the support tech ect..

The person that assisted me was extremely helpful and polite. She quickly resolved the situation and made sure everything was working correctly. I am totally satisfied with the support I received.
