Key code invalid....got several from chat support none worked

The technicians did an astounding job of trying to get the OS windows 10 installed on my computer. I give them a ten. Unfortunately they could not get it installed they worked about 6 hrs. But the fact that they could not find a solution is why it is a 1 star for failure to solve the problem The website indicates that if a solution cannot be found then a refund will be given. I expect a full refund but another customer indicated they take 20% off and she is still waiting for the refund. Is this false advertising?

I previously gave it 1 star because the first key did not work. Support was good and relatively quick. The second key I was issued worked fine. I would give 5 stars except for the first key not working.

I had some issues following the download. PcMasters was quick with a response and able to guide me.
