able to negotiate when i ordered the wrong size

Doormats were perfect and my kids love them. Ones ordered in November took much too long to arrive but the one in January was very timely

The product was great. It looked exactly as I thought. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because it took so long to get here. Nothing on the website let's you know you ate ordering from China so I didnt realize I was ordering something that had to ship from china and was going to take a month.

We loved our pet mat. We also bought two additional mats and they loved them as well. No complaints from us.

Really pleased with the tumbler. Great quality and the printing is spot on to the image. This was a gift and she is very happy with it. I gave this review a 4 because of the shipping. The shipping policy says the item will ship from the nearest facility. I live in Mississippi and the nearest facility is Florida. My item shipped from China and almost didn't get here in time for Christmas. I'm guessing that maybe it shipped from China because I had some personalization done. It should say that in the policy.

I made a mistake on a doggy doormat and Pawzity replaced it with a corrected doormat!
